Gohyakumangoku rice goes into this ginjo genshu, bottled at full cask strength without dilution by Tsuchiyashuzou in Tokyo. The dry, crisp qualities of Gohyakumangoku are preserved in an undiluted form, giving it more body and presence than a diluted ginjo.
