A ginjo koshu (aged sake) from Togo Sake Brewery in Okayama, a brewery founded in 1905 and named in commemoration of the decisive naval victory of that year. As a ginjo aged over an extended period, it carries the characteristic depth and mellowness that develop through long-term cellaring.
