Ginjo Nanohananoki is a ginjo polished to 50% from Takebayashi Shoten in Hokkaido, named after the novel of the same name by Shotaro Shiba about the adventurous Hakodate merchant Kahee Takadaya. Commissioned by the brewery and produced by a partner kuraboshi in Iwate, it delivers a fragrant, light dry character suited to Hokkaido's coastal sake traditions.
