Description

Ginban Junmaishu Tentakaku uses Ten Takaku, a sake rice developed specifically for Toyama Prefecture's brewing industry, in a junmai from Ginban Shuzo. Tateyama snowmelt water and Ten Takaku's locally adapted clean flavor produce a distinctly regional sake that can only be made with Toyama's own rice and water.
