Description

Genmainihonshu Kohakunotsubuyaki from Mannengame Shuzo in Kurume, Fukuoka, is one of only a handful of sake products in Japan brewed from 100% brown rice. Using the clean Kushu water system and hand-pressing, this sake retains the nutritional vitality and earthy, grain-forward character of unpolished rice in a clean, light, and fatigue-free profile.
