Description

Wataribune No. 6 rice, polished to 50%, is pressed by the bag-hanging method in this non-fukuro-tsuri sibling to the bags-only expression. Small-batch brewing with Okitsu River spring water in Shizuoka yields the brewery's hallmark richness, smoothness, and crisp finish.

Sanwa Shuzou

Shizuoka
Located almost in the center of Shizuoka Prefecture, which is famous for Mt. Ginjo's small formula is manufactured without any compromise and omission, and the only different from the apprentices exhibited is the type of rice and the rice polishing. The motto is to use more than 10 kinds of raw rice and enjoy variations of taste and aroma. "Wolong" is an analogy of a hero who was hiding in the private sector without having the opportunity to extend aspirations in the sense of a dragon hidden in the ground. Eventually, I named it "Wolong Plum" in hoping that it would be called the sake in the world.
