Description
Ume from Gunma Prefecture (100% Shirokaganenishiki variety) are steeped in the brewery's junmai ginjo sake, creating a plum liqueur that won a bronze award at the 6th National Umeshu Competition in 2021. The ginjo base lends a clean, non-cloying sweetness with delicate ginjo fragrance.

Located almost in the center of Shizuoka Prefecture, which is famous for Mt.

The motto is to use more than 10 kinds of raw rice and enjoy variations of taste and aroma.
"Wolong" is an analogy of a hero who was hiding in the private sector without having the opportunity to extend aspirations in the sense of a dragon hidden in the ground.
Eventually, I named it "Wolong Plum" in hoping that it would be called the sake in the world.
