Description
Aged for over three years, this daiginjo matured sake from Etajima Meijo is polished between 40 and 50% and crafted with soft spring water from the island's sacred Mount Furutaka using the koji-buta method. Extended aging deepens the flavor into a concentrated, complex profile with a dry finish.
