Description
Produced via fukurotsurishibori, where sake drips freely from hanging cloth bags under its own weight, and then bottle-matured, this Fumigiku Daiginjo from the 1916-founded Toyama brewery achieves exceptional clarity and layered depth through two overlapping artisanal techniques. Made with Joganji River water (one of Japan's 100 Best Waters) and extracted only from the nakadori fraction, it represents the pinnacle of patient, precise sake craft.
