A local label from Taiheizakura Shuzo in Iwaki, Fukushima, founded in 1725 as the official brewery of the Yunagaya domain. The brewery uses 100% Fukushima-grown rice, including the prefecture's signature Yume no Kaori variety, pressed in a traditional佐瀬式 wooden tank press.
