Produced under the Fukumusume label, a Nada brand with roots dating to 1681, this josen-grade sake is brewed using traditional Nada techniques. Light and smooth in character, it is designed to be drunk at any temperature without fatigue, carrying a gentle sweetness alongside a clean, unpretentious finish.
