Fukumusume Josen Namachozoshu

🍶
Description

From Nada, one of Japan's most historically significant sake-producing districts in Hyogo Prefecture, this jozen-grade sake is stored unpasteurized before a single heat treatment at bottling, giving it a fresher character than fully pasteurized sake. The Fukumusume brand traces its origins to 1681.
