Tokubetsu junmai brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60% in Fujiseda, Shizuoka. Positioned between the brewery's standard junmai and its ginjo grades, it balances rice-derived body with the clean, lightly acidic character produced by Shizuoka yeast and soft aquifer water.
