Description

Fujinoi, the flagship expression of Fujinoi Shuzo, takes its name from the historic Fuji no Izumi well on the brewery grounds in Shibata City, Niigata, which was used to supply Edo-period North Front (Kitamae) trading ships sailing the Sea of Japan coast since the brewery's founding in 1886. Brewed with soft water and the brewery's own-grown Ippon Jime sake rice, it embodies the philosophy that sake brewing begins with rice cultivation.

Nigata
We practice "sake brewing from rice -making", and work on rice making better rice with eager producers from the brewers and local farmers, and we are making 100 % of Niigata Prefecture's 100 % sake brewing. On the North Heart 38 degrees, there is a "Fuji no Well" that has been around for a long time in Fujitsukahama, surrounded by beautiful pine forests surrounded by the angry waves of the Sea of โ€‹โ€‹Japan, and beautiful pine forests. "Fujinoi" was born. The results have been awarded many gold prizes, including the top prize at the Kanto Shin -Etsu National Tax Bureau Sake Apprentice.
