This Urusei Yatsura Ram-chan Kinpakuiri (Gold Leaf) Ginjo from Fujinoi Shuzo in Shibata City, Niigata, celebrates the iconic character from Rumiko Takahashi's manga, whose creator was born in Niigata Prefecture. Brewed with the brewery's own-grown Ippon Jime rice and soft Niigata water at this 1886-founded Sea of Japan coastal brewery, the gold leaf-infused ginjo connects local brewing heritage with one of Niigata's most beloved cultural exports.
