We practice "sake brewing from rice -making", and work on rice making better rice with eager producers from the brewers and local farmers, and we are making 100 % of Niigata Prefecture's 100 % sake brewing. On the North Heart 38 degrees, there is a "Fuji no Well" that has been around for a long time in Fujitsukahama, surrounded by beautiful pine forests surrounded by the angry waves of the Sea of Japan, and beautiful pine forests. "Fujinoi" was born. The results have been awarded many gold prizes, including the top prize at the Kanto Shin -Etsu National Tax Bureau Sake Apprentice.
