Description
Fujimasamune is a sake from Shizuoka prefecture, a region celebrated for producing exceptionally clean and fragrant sakes thanks to the abundant pure water flowing from the southern Japan Alps. Shizuoka brewers are known for using house-developed yeasts that produce distinctive low-acid, ginjo-style aromas even in standard sake grades.
