Description
Sake bearing the name of "Fuji River" to inherit the history and culture of the Fuji River basin. Brewed in the underground water of the sake rice and the Southern Alps, which were cultivated in the local "Fujikawa -cho". It features a deep flavor in a low -temperature fermentation and refreshing spiciness. Hot sake is recommended, but it is a sake that tastes even more sharp when you drink at room temperature or cold.
