"Spring Kujiru Junmai Ginjo" manufactures the sake rice "Tamai" cultivated by our brewer in Fujikawa -cho, Yamanashi Prefecture. It has a subtle sweet scent, has a moderate acidity and a light flavor, but has a solid flavor. It is a food sake that suits not only Japanese food but also Western food.
