Fujita Shuzoten

Ibaraki
The first generation moved from Kyoto to Ishioka and set up a sake brewery in 1462 (3rd year), and is the second oldest in Japan. Since then, it has been protecting the tradition of the sake "Fujizumi" with the region for over 550 years. In the Edo period, Mitsukuni Mito visited the area and was praised for the activities of Fujita Sake Brewery. We are aiming to be a company that is always challenging new things while valuing tradition. In 1933, the 27th generation Hide Fujita (Hide) was dispatched to Hawaii as the person in charge of establishing a technology in the Sake Seasonal Brewery (Brewery) Project, and was "committed" for sake brewing. We are also working on contribution to.
