Description
Eshin Junmai Daiginjo Murokanamagenshu Jikagumiarabashiri is a highly technical expression from Kiminoi Shuzo in Niigata, combining four notable attributes: muroka (unfiltered with charcoal), nama (unpasteurized), genshu (undiluted), and arabashiri (the fast-flowing first-run press). The rice is polished beyond 50% remaining to achieve the daiginjo standard, and the jikagumi direct-draw method minimizes handling. The result is a vivid, layered sake that showcases the raw intensity of Niigata's premium fermentation.

Kiminoi Shuzo Co.,Ltd
Nigata
"Sake brewing that is generously put on". It is a brewery where the traditional technique of 175 years of founding is hard. It is a sake brewing using raw rice made in Niigata Myoko, a rice that is a snowy highlight and has the optimal conditions for making rice. I would like to expand the well products.
