Description

Emishiki Sensation Red Label Tokubetsu Junmai uses Shiga Prefecture rice polished to 50%, part of the colorful Sensation series from Emishiki Shuzo in Koka City, Shiga. Founded in 1892, the Sensation labels are designed for approachable, contemporary sake culture, with 5th-generation Takeshima applying the brewery's no-additive, traditional pressing philosophy even to these accessible, color-coded expressions.
