Ebisugao is the flagship sake from Funaki Shuzou in Matsusaka, Mie, founded in 1916, with a name meaning 'face of Ebisu,' the god of luck and prosperity. Brewed with local Ureshino rice unique to Mie Prefecture, it expresses a warm, approachable character as familiar and welcoming as the smiling deity it honors.
