Matsuda Sake Brewery is the only brewery in Ikata -cho, the hometown of Toru Ikata, which boasts one of Japan's leading traditions. Founded in 1898 in the Yawataya name in 1898. The rice is particular about the rice -produced rice in Ehime Prefecture, and while using traditional sake brewing tools, he carefully inherits the traditional skills of Mori Igata.
