Daiginjo Kazenobon is the flagship expression from Fukutsuru Shuzo in Yatsuo, Toyama, named for the Owara Kaze no Bon festival held in the town each September. Founded in 1848, the brewery has earned gold medals at the National New Sake Competition consistently since 1992, and Yamada Nishiki polished to daiginjo standards defines this prestige label.
