Daiginjo Jukuseishu is a matured daiginjo from Fukura Shuzo on the shore of Lake Togo in Yurihama, Tottori, founded in 1889. Extended aging develops the sake's delicate daiginjo aromatics into a deeper, rounder complexity unique to this Sanin coastal brewery.
