Description

Sake rice uses 100 % of high -quality Yamada Nishiki, which was cultivated by a member of the Shirakakai member farmers in Hyogo Prefecture. It was brewed with the technique of "Miyazu" in Nishinomiya, a famous water of Tennosu. You can enjoy a refreshing fragrance (Ginjo incense) similar to fresh fruits, fine and mellow, and rich rich and rich sake.
