Description

A premium junmai daiginjo polished to 35%, aged for six years before release, from this long-established Nada brewery in Nishinomiya, Hyogo. Brewed with Yamada Nishiki contracted from Hyogo's Hakushika-kai farms and the celebrated Miyamizu spring water, it offers a refined aromatic depth and smooth, mellow character developed through extended maturation.
