Description

Sasanigori retains a light veil of fine lees for a gentle cloudiness and subtle textural depth. Brewed from Yamada Nishiki at 60% polish by Okazaki Brewing in Hagi, this tokubetsu junmai uses the same careful koji work and Abu River water as the rest of the Chomonkyo lineup.
