Description
Nippon Bare at 70% polishing was brewed in 2012 and stored in the Darumamasamune earthen warehouse in Gifu. Extended aging in this climate-moderated warehouse, where temperatures shift naturally between winter and summer, slowly deepens color and integrates flavors.
