Junmai Ginjo Sake that uses 100 % of the local Wadayama contract cultivated rice "Omachi". It is a liquor that features a soft rice taste with a kindness and sweetness that feels sweet. Even if it is cold, it is of course delicious, but it is a liquor with gentle acids that can be appetite even in warming.
