Description
Yokitogi is a revived flagship of Yoshida Shuzo, named for the Yokitogi River flowing through the Makino highlands where the sake rice fields lie. Ginfubuki rice at 55% polishing dissolves readily during fermentation, yielding abundant sweetness and full-bodied acidity; bottled directly from the press as an arabashiri, it carries a lively natural effervescence.
