Description
Hattan Nishiki polished to 70% is used in this junmai from Asahara Shuzo in Saitama's Moroyama. The label takes its name from the poem of the brewery's founder, who imagined sake spreading like ripples on water. A fresh, clean character with rounded umami and smooth acidity reflects the brewery's commitment to pure rice brewing.
