Benten Daiginjo uses Dewa Sansan, Yamagata's signature sake rice with delicate floral aromatics, in a daiginjo from Goto Shuzoten in Takahata Town, Yamagata. Named for Benzaiten, the goddess of water, music, and wisdom, this sake is shaped by the Mogami River basin's soft water and Yamagata's premium rice cultivation to deliver ethereal elegance.
