Junmai daiginjo brewed with Koshi Tanrei, a Niigata-bred sake rice developed through 15 years of collaborative research, polished to 40% and labeled Ikushin no Shizuku. Koshi Tanrei at this polishing level produces the soft fullness and clean finish characteristic of Niigata's tanrei style.
