Shiboritate freshly pressed sake from Inami Shuzo in Miki, Hyogo, under the Aoitsuru label, brewed using locally grown Yamada Nishiki, the variety for which Miki city's Sanbu area is famous. The fresh press delivers a distinctive peach-like sweet aroma and a mellow, full-flavored richness characteristic of the terroir.
