Tenyuu, meaning heavenly play, is a junmai daiginjo from Saijo made with Hyogo Prefecture's special-A district Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% or less. The brewery describes the sake as allowing umami to dance across the palate, pursuing richness over restraint in a style distinct from typical light daiginjo.
The pinnacle of sake — pure rice, no added alcohol, extraordinary precision.
