This is a local sake in Ishikawa brewed by Noto Mori, which uses 100%of the new varieties of sake rice "Hyakumang Ishino White" developed by Ishikawa Prefecture. It is finished in Junmai Daiginjo with a new taste with a sweet scent and flavor like vanilla.
