Description
The Extra Edition of the 59 Takachiyo series steps up to junmai daiginjo grade, polishing Minamiuonuma-grown Yamadanishiki to 38% and bottling as unadjusted nama genshu. White peach, melon, and pineapple aromas lead into a delicate candy-like sweetness, layered Yamadanishiki umami, and a clean, lightly bitter finish.
