Description
Chapter Four of the 59 Takachiyo series uses Hanafubuki, an Aomori Prefecture sake rice variety, polished to 59% with the brewery's flat technique and bottled as unadjusted nama genshu. The sake delivers a sweet, fruity aroma recalling yellow peach and apricot with a juicy sweetness, elegant acidity, and a clean finish.
