Kinginka Daiginjo Twin Arch 138 from Kinginka in Ichinomiya, Aichi, uses rice polished to 50% and references the Kisogawa Twin Arch Bridge spanning the prefectural boundary near the brewery. Brewed with the clean underground water of the Kisogawa drainage, it is a well-structured daiginjo reflecting the brewery's lokale identity.
