This daiginjo from Kinginka in Ichinomiya, Aichi, is brewed with rice polished to 50% using the soft underground water of the Kisogawa river system. The brewery, one of the last remaining kuras in Ichinomiya, is known for a clean, dry style with a fruity, composed ginjo aroma.
