Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% forms this daiginjo from Kinginka in Ichinomiya, Aichi, brewed with the soft Kisogawa underground water that has sustained the brewery since its founding in the Kyoho era. The result is a fruity, elegant daiginjo with a crisp, dry finish.
