Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% is the foundation for this kinjo-jushoshu (competition gold award-winning) daiginjo. The brewery has taken gold twice at the National New Sake Appraisal, and Sase-shiki pressing in small lots gives the sake a precise, elegant structure.
