Junmai daiginjo polished to 50% from Yoshinotomo Shuzo in Toyama, presented under the Yoshidaya Chohachi label as a prestige gift bottling. Yamada Nishiki rice and Tateyama snowmelt water are combined with long, cold fermentation to produce a sake with elegant ginjo aroma and a graceful, composed mouthfeel.
