Ryosen, meaning roughly cool selection, is a table-grade sake from Nakamoto Shuzo in Nara. The brewery has upheld an all-junmai, all-ginjo-standard policy since 2005, lending even their everyday lineup a cleaner quality than typical futsu-shu.
