Yamakatsura Daiginjo comes from Okamotohonke, a brewery founded in 1887 in Oyodo Town, Yoshino, Nara, where water from the Omine mountain range has long supported sake production. Yoshino's pristine alpine water and cool brewing conditions underpin the brewery's production of sake with a light yet layered character and a mellow, composed aroma.
