Wazenashirai No Jungin Namashibori (720ml) is the 720ml counterpart to the 1.8-liter release, offering the same freshly pressed, unpasteurized junmai ginjo character from Hamachi Shuzo of Fukuoka. Namashibori sake is highly perishable and prized for its lively, raw expression of the ferment. Brewed with locally sourced Itoshima Yamada Nishiki rice and subterranean water from Mount Raizan at the brewery founded in 1870.
