Tokubetsu Junmaishu Aragoshi Nigori Namachozo is an unfiltered cloudy sake from Hamachi Shuzo in Fukuoka, where the mash is coarsely strained (aragoshi) to retain a thick, textured mouthfeel with residual rice solids. It is stored unpasteurized (namachozo) at cold temperatures, then given a single heat treatment at bottling to preserve freshness while adding a degree of stability. Brewed with Itoshima-grown rice and Raizan mountain water at the 150-year-old Suginoya brewery.
