난부 모리의 발상지인 이와테현 시와군 시와마치에서 1886년에 창업했습니다. 대대로 주인이 직접 양조장 책임자를 겸하며 사케를 빚어왔으며, 현재 5대째인 요코사와 유코가 그 전통을 이어가고 있습니다. 이와테산 사케쌀 '긴토메', '긴기쿠', '코노노카'를 주로 사용하며, 기타카미강의 복류수인 연수로 술을 빚어 맑고 순한 풍미 속에 탄탄하고 부드러운 맛을 목표로 합니다.
